HAMPTON RESIDENTIAL BEACH SHACKS

Modernist Beach Cottage situated on wide open bay in Amagansett.  House has direct access to a bit of rocky beach directly in front of it at low tide.  Please note that beach photos shown at the end of this link REQUIRES A PERMIT  with a minimum of 7 business days notice.  That beach is not owned by this location but is next door.  Great green lawn right on the bay, clean modern house with an apartment above the garage with vaulted ceiling. Also shown are photos of the owner's workshop in the garage.  To shoot there requires permission and must be mentioned if needed and it is not always available. Also shown is a 1972 Landrover Series 2.  This must be optioned separately from the location and does incur an additional fee.
