HAMPTON RESIDENTIAL BEACH SHACKS

Montauk surf shack compound. This property consists of several cottages which form a small compound. When booked it is exterior only with the exception of use of yellow cottage interior shown at end only if optioned and if available at time of shoot. There is private beach access directly across the street with wooden steps leading down to dramatic rocky ocean beach with large boulders. Permits required for beach shooting. Limited parking. There is a facility nearby where it may be possible to rent parking and walk to cottages or beach access. This location is typically not available during peak summer season. Photo and Event friendly. Some restrictions apply.

Rocky ocean beach.  Very private as access is quite limited. This entrance belongs to owner of property.  Permit may be required for beach shooting.  Send shot description if using beach and time needed on beach along with crew size and equipment list.  Mention if needing beach when optioning.
