HAMPTON EXTERIORS

Most unique and splendid and special property in Brigehampton which consists of a horse farm, the pool area, a very chic residence, and a variety of great exteriors. Please note that shooting interiors of the main house happens rarely but is possible on occasion. Interiors MUST be optioned at the onset if desired and additional fees apply if available. Please also note that no use of horses shown is included when booking this property. If they happen to be wandering in background that's fine, but if a horse is needed for the shoot please discuss and it can considered case by case and additional fees apply for horse and handler. Ample parking. Lots of privacy. Property is quite large. Photo and FIlm and Event friendly. Restrictions apply.
