Majestic views at this North Sea/Southampton area property with a wooden foot bridge and relatively private pristine white sandy bay beach. This location offers a wonderful variety of exterior shooting options. Interiors to Main House and Cottage are not often available but are shown as on occasion it is possible. Must indicate if interested in interior of Main House and/or interior of cottage and/or interior of garage when optioning. If any are available additional fees apply. Please also note that wooden foot bridge is now weathered as this was scouted when it had recently been renovated so the wood in some photos looks now. Now it is a silvery weathered looking natural color. This is primarily an exterior only location shown with some interior options if needed and if available.
