HAMPTON RESIDENTIAL MODERN

Modernist compound located in the Sag Harbor area. The main house was built in 1973 for Jay Spector, by Harry Bates. It boasts black slate floors and dark stained tongue and groove walls. It is approx. 2400 square feet. An wing has been added to the original house designed by Bates Masi. In addition Fred Stelle, the architect, designed a 2 car garage area which includes an office lounge area with poured concrete floors and lots of glass. There is a pool right off the main house. There is a large art installation in living room of main house suspended from ceiling. Unlikely it can be moved for shoots. Photo, Film, and event friendly. Some restrictions apply.
