Location HRM58AS. Modernist Home and Art studio located in East Hampton, NY. Industrial chic on 2 acres. House is 2,400 sq-ft. Ceiling hight is 20’ in Living Room, 14’ in kitchen, 9’ in bedroom and office. House is built of enameled steel and has concrete floors. Art Studio must be mentioned when optioning if needed and additional fees apply. Art may not be shown without prior permission/clearance/fees. Studio is 1,000 sq ft. With 14’ ceilings. Dining table is custom designed for this home by Joe D’Urso. All photos with HC&G watermark are by Rick Lew. Rules: Large plant in living room may not be moved. No shoes in house, booties over shoes ok. Floors must be protected. Permit required for private property shoots needs 7 business days notice. Please inquire about permit details when optioning.
