HAMPTONS RESIDENTIAL MODERN-HRM60PWT

Fully restored 1960’s modernist home on the beach in Quogue. Designed by Abraham Geller. The black lines and geometry are reminiscent of Mondrian’s work. Views of the Atlantic Ocean and Quantuck Bay across the street. Amazing in so many ways especially the joyful 70’ entry ramp. Pool and tennis court as well. Interior is not available on all shoots and only for small shoots and must be optioned at the onset for an additional fee. Large painting in living room cannot be moved. Photo friendly. Rules and regulations apply. No shoes in house, floor protection required. Permit required for beach shooting. Bluestone at beginning of driveway must be protected with masonite or plywood for all trucks.
