Traditional and classic shingled style East Hampton home built in 1913 with private beach access (requires permit for beach). This property also has an open style pool house as well as great porches on two sides. Please note that the classic 1967 Mercedes Benz is not included with the booking of the home, but if interested in using, it can be optioned and will incur an additional fee. Also please note that the ocean beach shown at the end of this link requires a permit to shoot at but owner has a shared private walkway access next to the home so no parking would be required for beach if based
