HAMPTON TRADITIONAL

Très chic water front home located in the Noyac area of Southampton. This home has wonderful nautical elements including a deep water dock, flag pole, and waterside porch. The house itself takes its inspiration from New England style lighthouses. Interiors are very stylish, a modern classic with a nod to Scandinavian design and color palette. The color scheme of the house used 50 Shades of Gray long before the book or movie did. There is also a pool and pool house. Please note that the 1987 Cream colored Jeep Grand Wagoneer shown at the end is not included as part of booking this location. It can be rented as a prop if available for additional fee. Super handsome owner shown in many photos also sadly not included with the booking of this location. He too is extra if needed and if available.
