Historic home located on Shelter Island. Property consists of Main House, guest house, and dock and grounds. Please specify if interiors of main house are needed as those requests are taken on a case by case basis. Owner prefers exterior shooting with use of guest house for prep. Interiors can be considered with a description of shots and areas and additional fees apply for interior shooting. Shelter Island does require permits to shoot on private property.
