Majestic Montauk Oceanfront compound.  Private and special in every way.  Rocky beach shown is accessed via steep steps on the property.  There are large boulders on the bluff, and a great old deck with a chimney, all that remains of what was once a house in that spot.  Main house is set back from the ocean and the property has several outbuildings and paths.  There are fields and tall grasses.  One cottage shown at the end is sometimes available for interior use but it must be optioned when inquiring and has an addtl. fee if available.  At the end of the is link are a few photos from past events.  Owner considers these case by case and does not do many.  No access to the interior of the main house or any other buildings.  There is a bathroom available which is in it's own small building.  Must advise if wanting to bring any animals to this location as there is natural wildlife there to be considered. If shooting the rocky beach please make sure to ask if the steps are in working order as storms sometimes damage the steps.  Best to shoot at low tide for maximum beach.
