HAMPTON EXTERIORS

Built in 1960, this converted barge is set on a beautiful bay with a secluded beach and incredible light. The setting has inspired artists and photographers for decades. Booking this location is exterior only but photos of the interior art studio are shown as on occasion, pre and post summer season, interiors are available, though there is no heat. Shooting peak summer season can pose challenges but shoots are considered on a case by case basis. Parking available on site. Please also note that this building get painted from time to time so paint is not always peeling as shown in some photos. Photo and Film and Event friendly. Some restrictions apply.
