Artist Studio Compound located in Wainscott, NY. This location consists of 2 separate art studio and living spaces in the same building. They can be rented individually or both please specify when optioning. Studio A shown first followed by Studio B. Art shown is not included when booking the spaces. If art is needed as props can be considered case by case and additional fees may apply. Otherwise the spaces are shown as locations even though a lot of art is seen in the photos. Photo and film friendly. Parking available across the street on owner's property.
