Old school style shingle home located in East Hampton has a great artistic sensibility and panache. The property consists of the main house, an attached art studio, an additional separate art studio building, and a pool and lawn area. There are lovely scruffy fields and pretty grasses. The brick pathways and patios are a work of art and done in the style of old Turkish carpets in the manner in which the bricks are layer. Subtle but very pretty. Regarding the art studios: Must option separately from property and home and indicate which of the 2 studios is desired (Attached art studio used for brick work) and/or detached art studio building.) Use of art work is not included in booking the studios. Art supplies to be used as props can be available if cleared in advance. If wanting to show art specifics need to be known and clearance agreed to and a fee to be discussed, for art. Photo and Film and Event Friendly. Some restrictions apply.
