Classic NYC loft and art studio. This large artist owned Soho location features 20-foot-high ceilings of pressed tin and many remaining authentic loft details. The loft is L shaped and goes through the length of the block. Art studio is the East side and Living room faces West. Photo and film friendly. Some rules and restrictions apply. Floors must be protected, booties over shoes ok. Artwork is mostly by the artists that live there but not all. Showing any artwork requires clearance and permission. Sometimes additional fees apply if available to show. When shooting in studio it is being rented as a location. Art props can be used but artwork is always TBD and not part of what comes with the booking.
