Hallways in the space can be used with the booking of either studio. Roof access for shooting and lighting. Windows on 3 sides. 2nd floor. 5 skylights. Use of roof has an additional fee. Please specify if roof is needed when optioning either space. Restrooms located one floor below the studio spaces. Freight elevator access. Request specs if needed. Can also supply electrical specs if needed. The location has an electrical fee in addition to location fee. Any exterior shooting of building or street requires NYC permits. Props and Sets: Can be provided at additional cost. Studio A: Approx. 8,000 sq. feet. Space is rented empty. There is a client lounge available with this space to be used as a lounge.
