Grand NYC Landmark Mansion on the Upper East Side.  This location is film and photo friendly. Fees are based upon floors needed, size of shoot, hours of shoot. Please specify which floors when optioning.  The art shown on the walls changes frequently- space is often used for art exhibitions.  Art must be removed by staff of the location only at the renters expense and cannot be shown in shots. A Security Deposit of half the rental is required and fees must be paid in full 7 days prior to shooting or event.

Fees for this location require money orders or certified check. There are addtl. fees to move piano,stage,  move art, use of tables and chairs, etc. This building functions as a public space when not rented.
