HAMPTONS EXTERIORS

This location is located on The North Fork of Long Island, in Southold, and is approx. 85 miles from NYC. It is divided into 3 areas. Shown first is Exterior of Private Home, circa 1920 Federal Style, and property, including grand arches, bay beach, and interior of front screened porch of main house. Then shown is Exterior of Vineyard area, which is adjacent to Home area. Included in this are the barns and vineyards. Shown last are interior photos of the private home which is booked, optioned, and priced separately. In all cases a motorhome is mandatory to use as a bathroom facility, as none are provided at the location. Vineyard is open to the public on certain days, so please inquire when optioning. Location is also available for weddings up to 120 guests and special events.

 

The following photos show what is referred to as the Vineyard area, Tasting Room, and Barns. Please note that the Vineyard is open to the public on certain days. Inquire regarding details when optioning.

The following photos show the interior of the private residence on the property. It is available under special circumstances only and is never included when booking Exterior House or Exterior Vineyard areas. Home is very old and fragile. A motorhome is always required even if shooting interiors. Many restrictions apply. Location fees apply for interior shooting in addition to exterior fees. Small crews only.
