Tri-State Residential Mansions

Majestic Tudor Revival Mansion located in Long Island, 30 miles from NYC.  Set on an 86 acre scenic estate and designed in 1923 by the architectural firm of Clinton & Russell, Well, Holton & George.   It is a two-story residence using rusticated Westchester granite blocks trimmed in limestone over the exterior.  The solid oak doorway reported to be between 400 and 500 hers old is studded with iron details.  This mansion now functions as a school.

Notes:  No Air Conditioning.  Areas of use must be specified and cleared in advance.  2nd floor is typically not available unless special clearance is made. Scouting is mandatory to determine areas of use.  Old plumbing.  Motorhome or Portable Sanitation required.
