Assembled between 1883 and 1906 from architectural fragments and entire 16th-18th century European rooms acquired abroad. Film and Photo and Event friendly. Castle boasts 29 rooms, 13, 400 sq. ft, 3 floors, filled with old world grandeur. Yonkers Permit is required for all shoots. JLP Inc. will provide permit contact information once confirmed, or prior if requested. Some restrictions apply: Floors must be protected, No RV on the street, must be in driveway and must have a working back up mirror. No loud noise prior to 8 am.
