Waterfront home located in Coecles Harbor, in Shelter Island, with a private dock. Please inquire about depth if planning any boat shots. Great decks and stonework throughout the property. Heated Gunite pool. Very nautical inspired location. The Town of Shelter Island does require permits even to shoot on private property. It is highly advised to get one. 14 days notice is required. Permits can be expedited in less time for addtl. fees. Permit fees vary depending on crew size and what type of filming. A contact # for the Town Hall can be provided. Boats shown are not inlcuded in location fee. If needing any of the boats shown, additional costs will be incurred. Please advise.
